Agreement

These terms govern your use of Retirement Wealth Planner at retirementwealthplanner.com, operated by Indixital Media. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

They should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Editorial Policy, which form part of the same agreement.

What the site is

Retirement Wealth Planner publishes general information and commentary about the arithmetic before the advice. It is an editorial publication. It is not a professional service, and using it does not create any professional relationship between you and us or between you and any writer.

Financial information notice

This publication does not provide personalised financial, investment, tax or insurance advice, and nothing here should be read as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold or insure anything. We are not registered investment advisers, brokers, tax agents or licensed producers, and we do not know your income, your liabilities, your risk tolerance or your goals.

We do not choose, endorse or vet the individual advertisers or the pages they link to, and clicking one takes you off this site and outside these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your own country.
